1. The guests were given the opportunity to see with their own eyes tactical exercises from and to ...

2. Despite the fact that these are exercises, everything that happens on the range is as close as possible to a real combat operation. Attack aircraft "handles" the positions of the conditional enemy, to facilitate ground units to perform combat missions.

3. During the fulfillment of the combat training task over the territory of the exercise, a private helicopter appeared. The military pilots discovered the “target” and immediately reported to the command and observation post, but the helicopter preferred to retire, finding “accompanied” MiG-31 aircraft.

4. The first to land on the landing of the airborne assault landing ground. The task of the scouts is to assess the situation in the landing zone and reconnoiter the location of the enemy position. If the airborne troops are the elite of the army, then the reconnaissance paratroopers are the elite of the airborne troops, on whose shoulders are assigned to carry out combat operations, often without fire support, to ensure the execution of the task by the main forces.

5. Il-76 transport aircraft provide for the delivery of personnel of the airborne units and military equipment to the landing site. The exhaust parachute is thrown into the ramp of the aircraft, frees the mounting system of the landing platform to the aircraft and carries out the extension of the main domes of the system and the landing platform.

6. The landing of combat vehicles is carried out using a multi-domed parachute system. The parachute system for landing military equipment has a complex system of attachments, allows the equipment to remain in the proper position during landing and landing.

7. After landing, the military equipment must be freed from the mounts of the landing platform and prepared for advancement. On the side of the combat vehicle, you can see the “box” of the transmitter, with the help of a signal from which the driver finds his car.

8. The crew of the BMD has special thermal suits, saving from the heat inside the combat vehicle.

9.Landing BMD is carried out in the lowered state of the suspension. To start the movement, the crew must raise the car with the help of a special clearance change system.

10. The personnel of the units are landed from several aircraft simultaneously. The dispersion of soldiers and equipment in different conditions can be up to several kilometers.

11. After landing, the fighters must immediately advance to the points of gathering squads, platoons, companies, depending on the task.

12. However, when landing at tactical exercises, soldiers are required to assemble parachute systems and lay them in a designated place to ensure the safety of material values for further use.

13. Some paratroopers were “lucky” to be torn apart by photographers barely landing. When I was in the Airborne Forces, it was difficult to imagine photographers at the landing point, and it was hard for me to see this.

14. Not paying attention to the ubiquitous journalists and photographers, the paratroopers advanced in an organized manner to gathering points and began to perform the assigned combat mission.Fire support of the paratroopers attack from the air was carried out by Mi-24 helicopters.

15. With the support of helicopters, paratroopers successfully attacked the positions of a conditional enemy. Each combat vehicle, except the crew members, carries three paratroopers who dismount when attacking, maintaining interaction.

16. The airborne troops include all the units necessary for the combat mission, including artillery and mortar battalions. The artillery divisions are armed with mortars, howitzers and self-propelled artillery mounts 2S9 “Nona”. All weapons of the airborne troops can be parachuted using parachute systems.

Self-propelled divisions are located behind the attacking units and carry out fire support. If necessary, the 2S9 “Nona” can fire “direct fire”, as well as various types of mines, incl. NATO countries.
